Do I need approval for an extension?
Most structural extensions in KL and Selangor require local authority approval. We arrange the engineer drawings and submissions as part of the project so you are not left navigating it alone.
Can you rebuild while I keep living there?
Often, yes — we phase the work and seal off active zones. For major rebuilds it is sometimes safer to move out temporarily, and we will tell you honestly which applies.
How long does an extension take?
It depends on size and approvals, but most single-room extensions run one to three months on site once permits are in hand. We give you a phased schedule up front.
