Do you handle both plumbing and renovation?
Yes. Plumbase began as a plumbing firm, so wet works, repiping and waterproofing are done in-house rather than subcontracted. That means one team is accountable when a bathroom or kitchen renovation touches your pipes.
How do you price a job?
After a free site visit we send an itemised quotation covering labour, materials and timelines. The figure is fixed for the agreed scope — you only pay more if you ask us to add work.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Kuala Lumpur and most of Selangor, including Petaling Jaya, Ampang, Cheras, Kepong and Subang. For emergency leaks we aim to reach you within the day.
Are your crews licensed?
Our plumbers are licensed and our building teams are CIDB-registered and insured. For structural changes we work with a certified engineer and submit the proper permits.
How long does a bathroom renovation take?
A standard bathroom refresh runs about two to three weeks depending on tiling, waterproofing cure time and fittings. We give you a week-by-week schedule before we start.
